Provides for an initial financial assessment. Options are discussed based on housing need and delinquency. Counselors may contact the landlord to assist both parties in resolving rental delinquency. Drafting a budget plan may occur during the session if additional time is needed to resolve the delinquency. Alternatively, homeownership goals are established. 

Rental Housing Search - Renters should schedule a free Rental Housing Search counseling session if they need assistance locating rental housing.  A counselor will discuss strategies for finding a rental home how to look good to prospective landlords rental assistance programs and credit issues.
