Rental Delinquency - provides service to families or individuals experiencing rental delinquency to help reduce and/or avoid eviction.  Services include counseling for rental delinquency, review of reasons for default, negotiation of repayment agreements, feasible for landlord and tenant, finding financial assistance to eliminate delinquent accounts.  Provides for an initial financial assessment. Options are discussed based on housing need. Counselors may contact social services for referral sources (i.e., transitional housing, shelters, public housing authorities, etc.). Drafting a budget plan may occur during the session to assess affordability of future housing.
